To meet the rising demand for diverse and authentic video content for the online audience, AMV BBDO developed Flare Studio, a new ‘curated' crowdsourcing platform.

The initiative gives BBDO clients access to a global talent pool of creatives, filmmakers, production companies and influencers through a content creation platform managed with the reassurance and quality of the BBDO brand. BBDO agencies invite this global talent pool to pitch on live briefs posted by clients, and by injecting the right amount of agency know-how, are able to ensure the work reflects an understanding of our brands within the crowdsource model. 

The Flare Studio model uses tiers (Open Studio, Studio Plus and Studio Pro) to categorize talent and deliver content to fit different solutions and budgets. This unique model provides a different approach for every type of content that any brand might ever need.

The platform will start out at AMV as the pilot program, with the intention of evolving it and rolling it out across the BBDO network in 2017.
